I've been fascinated by technology since I was a kid. Back in middle school, I was the person constantly exploring new software updates, learning new platforms, customizing devices, and figuring out how technology worked behind the scenes. Whether it was a new phone, a software update, or a new online platform, I couldn't wait to see what had changed and what was possible.

Long before automation became mainstream and before tools like Zapier existed, I was already experimenting with ways to automate repetitive tasks, create shortcuts, and make everyday processes easier. I didn't realize it at the time, but those early interests would eventually become one of my biggest strengths as a business owner.

As I built businesses over the years, I naturally gravitated toward systems, automation, marketing technology, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Whenever I encountered a problem, my first thought was usually, "There has to be a better way to do this."

Today we live in a world where new AI tools, automation platforms, and software innovations are being released almost every day. For someone who has always loved technology, this is the playground I dreamed about years ago.
